Nadia Batson has a new one out. The Trinidad and Tobago singer-songwriter released the official video for “Home Wrecker” on her VEVO channel on 3 November 2026.
Who is Nadia Batson?
Nadia Batson, known to fans as the SASS Queen, is a singer, songwriter and producer from Trinidad and Tobago, raised in Barataria. She sang with Andre Tanker’s One World Contraband and spent years as the lead female voice in Kes The Band before launching SASS Nation, an all-female soca band, in 2011. She has been a finalist at the International Soca Monarch several times, served as a judge on Digicel Rising Stars, and has written for other artists behind the scenes. Few voices in soca move as easily between a big road song and a soulful ballad.

The vibe
As the title suggests, “Home Wrecker” is a story song about a relationship under strain, and Nadia plays it with the sass her fans expect: sharp, knowing and more than a little dramatic. Kes Keyz gives her a polished, melodic backdrop, and the live guitar from Kyle Peters adds warmth that sets it apart from the season’s harder-driving jump-up tunes. The video leans into the storytelling, with a cast, dancers and plenty of style, and it lets Nadia’s personality carry every scene. It is a reminder that she is one of soca’s best songwriters, and a strong early entry for the new season.
