Anthony B has released the official video for “Rude Bwoy”, the lead single from his new album World of Love. The video went live on his official VEVO channel in mid-October 2026, with DancehallMag reporting it on 16 October.
Who is Anthony B?
Anthony B, born Keith Anthony Blair, comes from Clark’s Town in Trelawny, Jamaica. He started out singing in church and school choirs, came up through sound-system culture, and broke through in the mid-1990s as one of reggae’s most fiery conscious voices. Three decades on, he is still touring and recording, and remains one of the genre’s most recognisable veterans.

The vibe
“Rude bwoy” is one of the oldest characters in Jamaican music, and Anthony B treats the idea with the confidence of someone who has been around long enough to own it. The track is anthemic roots reggae, with a big chorus and his trademark gravel-and-fire delivery. It sounds like a song built for live shows, the kind that gets a festival field singing along by the second chorus. The video gives a familiar sound fresh eyes and is a strong reason to go back and spend time with World of Love as a whole.
